General Returns
•You may return your item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition.
•Items returned after 30 days must have a refund or exchange request initiated within the first month of purchase.
•We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
Faulty Items
•Faulty items—those received damaged or with manufacturing defects—can be returned for a replacement, repair, or refund after evaluation by our Customer Services team.
•Faulty items must be returned within 12 months of purchase. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty.
•If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund or credit voucher.
Personalized Products
•Personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless a manufacturing fault is identified. This policy is due to the customization involved in creating your product.
Gift Returns
•Items purchased as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser or exchanged for a credit voucher for the gift recipient.
•Postage for returning gift items is non-refundable.
•Gift exchanges will appear in the order history of the original purchaser. Please ensure a delivery address is provided for any exchanged items.
