Please Note: Varsity 1827 is aiming to offer a very wide selection of products for our resident members and alumni. In order to achieve this, the collection will be available to purchase initially in three 2-week order windows throughout the course of the academic year.
Summer Order Window: July 14th – 28th
Michaelmas Order Window: October 8th – 22nd
Hilary Order Window: January 14th – 28th
Lead Times on Orders
Whilst we will aim to fulfil the vast majority of our order in 2-3 weeks after the window has closed, certain products of a premium or personalised nature might be subject to longer production lead times. In order to set realistic expectations, we set out a system of categorising products in both the Varsity and 1863 Collections as either Category 1, 2 or 3 purchases, and these will be clearly marked on the website. Definitions and wait times for these categories are explained here:
Product Delivery Categories
Category 1: Held in stock or readily available, and delivery expected within 2 weeks.
Category 2: Batch order or personalisation offered, and delivery expected within 4 weeks.
Category 3: Custom or bespoke order and delivery expected within 8 weeks.
We expect these lead times, our fulfilment processes and the collection offering to gradually improve as the business grows, so please bear with us in these early stages.
Coupon for Current Resident Members
In keeping with the Club’s traditions of aiming to keep Vincent’s affordable for our resident members, the prices listed will be subject to a 20% discount for those currently in the club at Oxford. Discounted purchases will be verified for only those members and will need to be purchased using a current Oxford email address. We humbly request that this coupon is used only by those it is meant to assist.
All of our orders are handled by our chosen logistics partner, Airbox Fulfilment. Postage rates and handling fees are based on competitive Royal Mail 48-Hour delivery quotes, or the most reliable yet cost efficient international postage or courier services available at the time of despatch. Our customer service team may well contact you to discuss additional tracking preferences for international deliveries.
Import duties and local tariffs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Current Resident Members and Staff of Vincent’s Club can request a more cost effective and environmentally friendly delivery option through the Club Pick Up option via the Kit Secretary. These orders will be sent after an order window to the Club Office for collection.
