Order Windows

To offer a diverse selection of products while maintaining efficiency, we operate on three 2-week order windows during the academic year:

• Summer Order Window: July 14th – 28th
• Michaelmas Order Window: October 8th – 22nd
• Hilary Order Window: January 14th – 28th

Orders placed during these windows are processed after the window closes, with lead times varying based on product categories.

Delivery Lead Times

While most orders are fulfilled within 2–3 weeks after an order window closes, some premium or personalized items may require longer lead times. To set clear expectations, products are categorized as follows:

• Category 1: In-stock or readily available items, delivered within 2 weeks.
• Category 2: Batch orders or personalized items, delivered within 4 weeks.
• Category 3: Custom or bespoke orders, delivered within 8 weeks.

Delivery times will be clearly indicated on the product pages. As our business grows, we are committed to enhancing our fulfilment processes to better serve you.

Shipping Details

UK Orders:
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48, offering:

• Fully trackable delivery to your doorstep.
• Next-day delivery aim for Tracked 24 and 2–3 working days for Tracked 48.
• Signature on delivery and flexible delivery options, such as Safeplace or delivery to a preferred neighbour.

International Orders:
We ship all international orders using Royal Mail International Tracked, which provides:

• Delivery to Europe within 3–5 working days and worldwide within 5–7 working days.
• Full tracking to the delivery point for peace of mind.
• Online delivery confirmation and free returns for undelivered items.
• Compensation coverage of up to £50, with additional cover available for higher-value items.

For international orders, please note:

• Import Duties & Local Tariffs: These are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on the destination country.

Christmas Shipping Updates

Due to the high volume of orders and seasonal demand, Christmas deliveries may experience delays. While we are working diligently with Royal Mail and other logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, please plan for the following:

• UK Orders: Place your orders by December 18th for delivery before Christmas (Tracked 24).
• International Orders: Place your orders by December 5th for Europe and November 26th for worldwide destinations.

• Discount eligibility will be verified through active membership at the respective club (Oxford or Cambridge).
